Philosophy
How does Scott get started with a client? "I go through a comprehensive assessment with each client which focuses on the body's fundamental movement patterns. This approach with each client allows me to concentrate on the client's personal goals and develop an individualized program for each client". What is unique about the programs he develops for each client? "I implement a dynamic full body integrated training program that achieves results." What makes Scott's approach so successful for clients? "In the process of reaching their goals of reduced body fat, more tone and definition, improved strength and endurance, I show them the importance of quality posture, improved flexibility and stability, and proper movement patterns within their work, life, and sport." |
