How is Synergy different than other health and fitness facilities in the area? |

Synergy is a boutique integrated Medical Fitness Center. Our model is unique to the fitness and wellness industry. While we offer all of the standard health club facilities (strength and cardio equipment, group exercise classes etc.), we staff our facility with a team of professionals consisting of physicians, licensed physical therapists, certified personal trainers, alternative medicine practitioners, and nutrition professionals. We offer our members unprecedented resources to achieve their health and wellness objectives. Our team can help you lose weight, rehabilitate an injury, gain strength, increase your energy levels or prepare you for your first triathlon. We pride ourselves on an unmatched level of knowledge and credibility, and believe heavily in the value of educating and servicing our clients. We limit our memberships at all our facilities, so overcrowding and waiting for equipment are unheard of. We are not necessarily the least expensive game in town, but we believe we offer unprecedented resources that you won’t find at the “Big Box” clubs. |

Do I need a Doctor’s prescription to use the facility? |
| |
No, not to be a member of one of our clubs or utilize the majority of our services. If you wish to be seen by one of our licensed physical therapists, and have us bill your insurance for those services, than a physician referral is required. We are pleased to offer the services of our partner physicians who can accommodate same day appointments, and would be happy to refer you to physical therapy if it is warranted. We also offer complimentary injury assessments for our members. |

Will my insurance cover my services at the facility? |
| |
We are happy to bill your insurance for medically based services and are providers for most major insurance carriers, including Blue Shield, Medicare, Workers Compensation and United Health. It is unlikely that your insurance will cover your “club” membership, but there is a big push amongst insurance companies to get preventative services included in basic benefits in the future. |

Can I use my membership at any of the Synergy locations or only the one I joined? |

Of course! No matter which facility is your home base, your membership is good at all our locations. |

I am already a member, but my spouse also wants to join. Do you have any promotions going on? What will it cost? |

Working out with a family member is a great idea! It will help you both get the results you want. If you are nearing the renewal date of your membership, you may qualify for a special family member add-on offer. If you are more than two months from your renewal date, visit your local club and speak with a knowledgeable membership representative. He or she will provide you with information on any special offers for family add-ons that may be available. |

Do you offer corporate memberships? |

Yes! A corporate membership is a great way to benefit your employees. If you are an individual employee, contact your HR department to find out if your company is currently participating in the Synergy corporate membership programs. |

How much does Private Training cost? |
| |
We have many affordable options for private training. Check with a Synergy membership representative to find out which option suits you best. We offer private, semi-private and group training options to help you meet your fitness goals. |

Is there an enrollment fee? |
| |
No. Every new member goes through a mandatory “Be You Again” assessment. This is our opportunity to assess your fitness level, evaluate any postural deficiencies, explore your eating habits and determine the right Synergy services for you. The fee for this comprehensive assessment is $200, and it is performed by one of our Level II trainers. Our team believes this is the best way to get you started down the path to total wellness. So, we don’t charge you an empty fee just to join our club, there is a comprehensive deliverable with your new membership. |
