How Is Your Club Different?
Our facilities have been built with your entire body in mind. You’ll find the latest equipment, up-to-date services, and a highly trained staff when you set foot inside any of our locations. In fact, our staff is what sets us apart from all the other fitness centers out there. We are proud to have physicians, certified trainers, and physical therapists, nutritionists, and alternative medicine practitioners on our staff. You can tap into our vast resources as much as you like...our expertise will never run dry.
Do I Need to Speak With My Doctor Before I Join?
You are under no obligation to speak with your doctor prior to signing up for one of our memberships. However, in order to see one of our physical therapists, you’ll have to gain a physician referral in order for us to bill your insurance company. We can also offer you the qualified services of our partner physicians that are able to book same-day appointments and provide you with proper referrals. For our members, we are also pleased to offer injury assessments free of charge.
Does My Insurance Cover My Membership Fees?
Most insurance companies will not cover your regular membership. Still, some insurance companies are now beginning to cover basic fitness costs. Check with your insurance company to find out whether or not your membership can be covered. If you receive any medical services from our facility, your insurance company can be billed for these treatments.
Can I Use My Membership at Other Locations?
You can use your membership at any one of our locations.
Do You Offer Any Family Benefits Memberships?
You may qualify for a family “add-on” offer if you are near the end of your membership. If you are still more than two months away from the end of your membership, speak with a representative at your location – each location has different offers that might apply to you.

Is Private Training Available? How Much Does It Cost?
Our goal is to help you reach your fitness goals. We offer private training sessions with the top trainers in the business. Any one of our club representative will be able to find the perfect training package for your needs. Simply contact the club that’s nearest to you in order to find a program that will suit your schedule and budget.
Is There An Enrolment Fee?
Unlike other clubs, we won’t charge you a fee without providing you with a top-notch service. All of our new members go through a mandatory assessment that helps us to evaluate your fitness level, eating habits, and many other crucial fitness details. This assessment is conducted by one of our Level II trainers, and it will help you works towards your fitness goals from the start.
