Our studios are stocked full of Icarian, Hammer Strength, Precor Ellipticals, Star Trac treadmills, LifeFitness bikes, Ivanco free weights, and Iron Grip…the latest, greatest equipment on the market. What makes our weight room really great is the fact that is never overcrowded, event during prime time! If you visit any gym in the city, and especially between 5-9 in the evenings, you know that there are time limits on the equipment and you can expect to wait in lines just to get on a machine.
