Our popular Be You Again program is one of the most complete in the industry.  The program includes a comprehensive evaluation, postural assessment, movement screening, baseline metabolic testing and an extensive lifestyle survey, coupled with detailed programming and direction. All Synergy clients spend one hour of one-on-one in depth examination of all phases of biomechanics, nutrition and goal setting with one of the Synergy’s Health and Fitness Specialists (HFS). After clients complete diagnose, these highly trained and uniquely qualified HFS will direct the client to Synergy’s professional health, fitness. You may prefer to forego the rigors of training with a soothing massage or simply indulge after a great workout with a deep tissue treatment the aids in recovery. Our locker room facilities are complete with complimentary towel and toiletries including razors; lotions bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, and more to help you prepare for your work day or just come away completely refreshed.
